Major Responsibility Areas (Describe the major responsibilities of the position)

  • Help with daily customer call
  • Enter parts orders and quotation in CRM
  • Do daily report and monthly report
  • Gather sales history when necessary
  • Respond to e-mails from dealers
  • Managing incoming parts orders from clients
  • Research and look up parts numbers
  • Crease parts sales through service efforts
  • Accurate, and up to date knowledge of the parts systems for all manufacturers represented by the dealership (understands all the features and benefits of all parts sold)
  • Fleet operators sale
  • Connection with Insurance companies for Sale
  • Independent Repairers Garage
  • Body Shops Garage
  • Parts Shop seller

Qualifications, skills, and Experience Requirement

  • Bachelor’s Degree in sale and marketing or another relevant field
  • At least 2-3 years experiences in Parts Sales and Customer Service Background preferred
  • Microsoft Office, Excel, PowerPoint and E-mail
  • Paper and report
  • Light automotive technical knowledge
  • Clearly understanding about spare parts type and code
  • Driver license card
