– Claim/Prepare List to Add and Delete for NSSF Insurance (Health, Accident during working hour)
– Make a Presentation for new staff and guidelines.
– Make/Renewal the Employment Contracts, Compensation, and benefits for employees.
– Ensure personal records and HR information systems are integrated up-to-date and effectively implemented.
– Well-engaged with staff and be able to support and visit staff including birth delivery, sickness, funeral, and other necessary required event.
– Make an Announce (New Staff on Board, Public Holiday, Internal Announce…..)
– Make a Payroll (prepared the Overtime & Submit all the relevant document)
– Claim/Prepare List to Add and Delete for Forte Insurance (Accident Worldwide)
– Renewal/Extension of Passport, Visa, quotas and Work Permit.
– Renewal/Prepaer Claim for Forte Insurance (Company Vehicle).
– Keep the Calendar for HR Manager / Other tasks assigned by HR Manager
