Customer Relation Officer
Major Responsibility Areas (Describe the major responsibilities of the position)
– Schedules appointments for service via telephone, e-mail and in person
– Welcome the client when he arrives in the Service Area and guide to customer lounge
– Determine the nature of the client’s visit. Escort the client to the appropriate department/area.
– Inform the Service Advisor of the client’s arrival.
– Introduce the client to the Advisor and explain the nature of the visit.
– Provide information to appropriate store personnel regarding client needs and expectations to help ensure the entire team is prepared to provide the highest level of service to the client.
– Maintain and stock client refreshments and waiting areas.
– Other responsibility will assigned by Supervisor/Manager,
Qualifications, skills, and Experience Requirement
– Be able to use Chinese for communication both writing and speaking is an advantage,
– Fluent in English is a plus,
– At least 2 years working experience in related field,
– Knowledge of computer literacy in Ms. Word, Excel, Internet and Email,
– Possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills
– Honest and hardworking
– Strong communication and interpersonal skills and
